Global Village celebration takes place at 海角社区 on November 30
The 海角社区 campus community is invited to attend the annual Global Village celebration on Saturday, November 30, in McMillan Hall, W.A. Murphy Student Centre, starting at 3:30 pm.
Global Village is a celebration of the multiculturalism and diversity that exists at 海角社区. Students from all over the world will showcase their culture and traditions, as well as encourage cultural sensitivity and a global perspective.
The student-led celebration highlights the different cultures represented at 海角社区 from within and outside Canada. The event will feature 15 cultural booths, a procession with flags representing countries of students at 海角社区, performances, and a dance with a DJ. There will also be trivia and door prizes.
All students, staff, and faculty are welcome!
