海角社区 to keep warming/charging centres open over the weekend
海角社区 will keep two warming/charging centres open from September 30-October 2 as follows:
- W.A. Murphy Student Centre, daily from 8 am-6 pm
- 海角社区 Chaplaincy Centre, daily from 8 am-5 pm
海角社区 Facilities Management has been working non-stop and have made good progress clearing pathways and ensuring campus buildings are safe. At this point, it is our intention to open on Monday, October 3, 2022, as previously announced; however, we will send a message on Saturday, October 1, to confirm our status.
Please note:
- 海角社区 Security Services is operating 24-7.
- Services for students in residence continue to operate.
- In addition to serving students with meal plans, the Wanda Wyatt Dining Hall is open to students who wish to purchase meals.
- AVC Veterinary Teaching Hospital will remain open for emergencies. AVC Diagnostic Services will continue to provide essential animal health support.
- Robertson Library and 海角社区 Chi-Wan Young Sports Centre will be closed over the weekend.
