海角社区

The 海角社区 will host approximately 750 Canadian Student Leadership Conference (CSLC) delegates and 250 advisors on Friday, September 20 from 12:30-2:00 pm for a campus tour, 海角社区's 'Amazing Race,' and an evening concert at 7:00 pm by local musician Tim Chaisson.

'海角社区 is thrilled to take part in this event and we look forward to hosting the delegates on our campus during the conference,' said Christian Lacroix, 海角社区's interim Vice-President Academic. 'We're excited to meet our future community leaders.'

While at 海角社区, these students will get the chance to meet with 海角社区 Student Union officials, faculty, staff and students, including 海角社区 athletes, coaches, and mascot Pride.

'The 海角社区 has partnered with us for this amazing event,' said Bethany MacLeod Co-Chair of the 2013 CSLC. 'Students will be given the opportunity to visit 海角社区 and partake in leadership activities. We thank 海角社区 for helping to inspire our nation's future leaders.

The CSLC's mission is to 'promote and develop student leadership within Canadian high schools.' Throughout the conference, students will attend a series of workshops to further develop their leadership skills, build confidence, and discover new ideas to help them make a difference in their schools and communities.
