Bringing in the Bystander teaches bystanders how to intervene safely and effectively. Its main message is that 鈥渆veryone in the community has a role to play in ending sexual violence.鈥 This program increases participants鈥 knowledge, attitudes, and behaviours about effective responses to sexual鈥
Dr. King Holmes, the 2013 Canada Gairdner Global Health Award Laureate, will be on campus Monday, October 27 to deliver the 2014 Gairdner Lecture at 海角社区. The lecture begins at 6pm in room 246 of Don and Marion McDougall Hall.
