The 海角社区, Faculty of Sustainable Design Engineering, has openings for sessional instructors for the Fall 2025 semester for the following course:

ENGN-4210 Facilitated Study Exp Practice

This course provides an individual assessment of the student's cumulative engineering knowledge in a problem-based learning environment. The student, in consultation with faculty, determines the knowledge and skill requirements of their project and develops a project and experimentation plan to fill gaps in the student's knowledge and experience. The content of the course is customized to. the individual needs of each student.


Qualifications:

Qualified individuals must have a Bachelor鈥檚 Degree in a relevant engineering discipline. A Master鈥檚 Degree in a relevant engineering discipline, or an equivalent combination of qualifications and experience, would be considered a strong asset. Candidates should be registered as a Professional Engineer on Prince Edward Island. Professional engineering experience is expected and will be an important consideration in the selection process.

Note: Members of the Faculty of Sustainable Design Engineering鈥檚 Sessional Roster will be given priority in consideration for these positions.
