The Department of Facilities Management is looking for up to two energetic students to assist with a space management audit across campus, as well as miscellaneous departmental duties on campus. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:
 

  • Perform a full campus audit of all spaces in buildings, report on the size of each space
  • Assist in space inventory tasks including auditing buildings and updating database/spreadsheets
  • Data entry
  • Filing
  • Other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS:
 

  • Must be a current 海角社区 student, preference would be given to students enrolled in Engineering or Science programs
  • Ability to demonstrate a strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written) 
  • Experience working with various Microsoft programs including Microsoft Word and Excel

Priority will be given to 海角社区 students in accordance with Recruitment, Selection, Hiring and Employment Policies and the Procedures manual.
