| Background: | This scholarship was established at the 海角社区 by Dennis Clough. Mr. Clough served as finance director at Saint Dunstan's University before it amalgamated with Prince of Wales College to form 海角社区. Mr. Clough was named a 海角社区 Founder at the 2007 Founder's Day Ceremony. In January 2018, this fund was endowed to provide for the scholarship in perpetuity. |
