| Background: | In 1998, Mr. Preston MacAskill of Brackley Beach, PEI established the Preston MacAskill Bursary Fund at the 海角社区 to assist needy and deserving undergraduate students. Mr. MacAskill passed away in 1999, and supported this bursary in perpetuity through an estate gift to 海角社区. Two bursaries will be awarded annually to two deserving full-time, 海角社区 students of good academic standing. |
